Adjust your Goals (Monday Inspiration)

Goals are there to push you and challenge you. They are there to give you something to work towards over a long period of time, give you focus in times of distraction.

Goals, however, are not a stick. They are not there to show failure, or to show missed deadlines.

Can’t meet your goal you set for yourself? Ask yourself why, and then adjust your goal. Create something, with the knowledge you have now, that you think you can meet.

Then try again.

#Mondayinspiration is a chance for me to share my own motivational post it notes with the writing world at large. In the hope, maybe that someone else finds it as helpful as I do!
