Safe Space (From the Archives)

There is more to love than just feelings. It’s a safe space, a safe place, away from all the world and the hurt and the pain that comes with it.

It’s a place to run away to hide and recover. A place to spill your innermost fears and worries into. A place to not feel judged, but just to be heard. A place to recover, to get better, to seek out dreams and see the good in the  world again.

It’s a hug at the end of the day to say everything will be okay.

And in that moment, in that safe space, you feel like that could be true.
