Flash Fiction – Hunger (Stories on a Theme “Food”)

You’ve eaten, but you’re still hungry.

For what?

Nothing.

But it’s the physical reaction. Your tummy rumbles just after dinner as your mind cannot find a way to calm itself.

So you eat to feel full, to let you mind take itself off the problem at hand.

(but then, 5 minutes later, you’re hungry again).
