“Forgiveness is not about what has been done wrong, but about an act of seeking peace,” General Belov bellowed across the awaiting soldiers below. Her eagle, Hkari, stamped her huge claws into the ground, waiting impatiently for them to take off and lead the charge into the enemy.
“We are seeking peace for our fathers, for our mothers, for our children,” she roared, raising her sword high into the sky, “let us teach the enemy that they shall always have our forgiveness – with death!”
Hkari launched herself and Belov into the sky, followed by the roar of the soldiers below.
